How long does the carpet take to dry?
Usually 4 to 6 hours. Our truck-grade vacuum motors pull most of the moisture back out, and we place air movers before we leave to speed the rest along.
Are the products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use non-toxic, eco-friendly, pet-safe TMF professional solutions, and our deep rinse leaves no soapy residue behind — so nothing sits in the fibres for your family to walk on.
Is the price on this site the final price?
It's a real starting estimate based on the service and quantities you pick. We confirm the scope and the final number with you on site before any work begins, and we don't add hidden fees afterwards.
What should I tell you about before you arrive?
Pet accidents, drink and food spills, smoke, heavy traffic lanes, strong odours, delicate or unknown fibres, and any old stain somebody already tried to treat. It changes the chemistry we bring.
What makes this different from a franchise service?
Alex and Simone own the business and do the work. Every job starts with a pre-inspection and fibre test, gets industrial pre-vacuuming, pre-spray, mechanical agitation, steam extraction with a pH rinse, and speed drying — six steps, not a splash and dash.
